Historic Beachside Accommodations

The Venice Beach House features 9 guest rooms and suites, each with unique layouts. Options include the Pier Suite with ocean view, James Peasgood Suite with partial ocean view and balcony, and Abbot Kinney with private balcony overlooking the garden. Rooms include high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs with Netflix, Parachute bedding, down comforters, and air conditioning. Some rooms share hallway bathrooms with provided robes and slippers.

Complimentary Breakfast Service

A complimentary breakfast is served daily from 8:00am to 10:00am in the lobby dining area. The breakfast includes coffee, tea, juice, fruit, yogurt, and croissants from a local organic bakery. No other onsite dining options are available, but numerous restaurants are within walking distance on Abbot Kinney Boulevard and the Venice Boardwalk.
